My team is consisting of strong dedicated members with experience in their various field, skills, and dedication to social impact. They all have the passion to work selflessly to the empowerment of humanity commitment to ethical practices, and expertise in areas like sustainable development, climate change, women and youth empowerment, regenerative agriculture practice, fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement.
Rev. Nsandah Premous Forzong (Executive Director ED)
President and CEO of MESAA. He holds advanced degrees in Divinity and Education, with specialized training in organic farming and agroforestry. A Climate Change Ambassador and member of the Eco-America Network, he is an expert in climate-smart agriculture.
Magistrate Metiege Divine Njikang
Legal Adviser & Board Member – MESAA Provides legal guidance and supports governance at MESAA, ensuring compliance, transparency, and strategic decision-making aligned with the organization’s mission of sustainable agriculture and community empowerment.
Prof. Zachary Senwo
Fulbright Scholar and Professor of Soil Microbial Biochemistry, Environmental Science & Toxicology at Alabama A&M University. He serves as a Senior Technical Adviser and Board Member of Mother Earth Sustainable Agricultural Association (MESAA).
Ndam Melvis Azue (Secretary General)
Secretary General of MESAA, a community-based nonprofit promoting regenerative agriculture in Cameroon. She holds a certificate in Customs Brokerage and brings years of experience in administrative and secretarial work.
Epah Paul Fossoh ( Director Media and Communication).
Epah Paul Fossoh serves as the Director of Media and Communication at MESAA, contributing to community engagement and awareness efforts. He brings experience in youth development, public communication, and social advocacy.
Emambu Thalice Nsandah. (Youth Director)
She the Youth Director and in charge of young people development program. A third year student in the university of Buea –Cameroon , who is very focus result oriented and want to see that Young people like her mostly girls are empowered.

As an Integrated Agricultural Association, we provide opportunities for both nationals and internationals that are willing to improve their skills, and those that wish to build volunteer experience while also providing internship opportunities for students and researchers who wish to improve their research careers and educational knowledge.
